Catawba Insurance Agency is concerned about the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are taking steps during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to do our part to slow the spread of the disease until the threat has passed, while also ensuring that all essential services are continuously provided to you.
Please be aware that we are fully operational, however, our office hours can vary on a daily basis. All business activities continue as normal, including claims handling, new business quoting, renewals, billing support, and other services you may need. Effective March 30, 2020, we will no longer be accepting payments in-person. We ask that you mail your payment direct to the insurance company or you may go online to make your payment. Please contact our office if you need further assistance.
Most of our business can be and will be conducted by phone or email, with your health and the health of our employees in mind. However, we will continue to meet your needs in the field, including face-to-face meetings when necessary.
